Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Resources for TAA Members

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Resources for TAA Members

TAA’s Committee for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (CDEI) was established in 2020 to advise the TAA Council on actions and positions the organization can take to positively impact the DEI of TAA itself, and of academic authoring in general.

In this section we will provide you with links to materials the Committee has developed, or to information about fellow TAA members' experience and advice, regarding how you can apply DEI principles to your own writing, and steps you can take to improve DEI for your own and/or fellow authors' writing projects. There is also a CDEI webpage that includes links to these same resources, along with Council statements and Committee progress reports on the work it is engaged in to improve DEI within TAA and the broader authoring community.
