If you are like most people, you tend to think that happiness comes after work or after you complete your writing projects. But if you wait until you finish work to be happy, you will spend one-third of your life feeling unhappy. Being happy at work, including in your writing sessions, makes you more productive, more creative, more optimistic, and better problem solvers, as well as better prepared to face challenges and manage stress.
In this webinar, you will learn how to use science-based practical strategies to create happiness at work and in your writing sessions. By consciously working toward happiness in your professional life, you will reduce stress, improve your work performance, and feel happier a lot more than one-third of your life.
