Advice: Joint projects need personalities to mesh

Broadcast author Mary Kay Switzer shares this advice regarding working with collaborators:

When choosing a collaborator, make sure your personalities mesh. Consider deadlines and how to progress. Make sure your collaborators can meet deadlines. The more collaborators, the less chance for success. Maintain your professional networks.
