This husband-wife team looks at the region, climate, weather, hurricane history, especially Camille in 1969, Georges and Bonnie in 1998. A little history, the fact that New Orleans is below sea level, the Chandeleure Island wipe-out last year, the Army Corps of Engineers old control structure.
