Social Networking Event:
A Chartered 3-hour Dinner Cruise Aboard the Grand Lady

Conference Field Trips

Join your fellow conference attendees for dinner, networking and sightseeing aboard the Grand Lady, an 80 foot long yacht-style cruise vessel. You will board the Grand Lady at the entrance to the Erie Basin Marina foot of Erie Street downtown Buffalo. The 3-hour cruise will include the waters of Buffalo River, Buffalo outer harbor, Lake Erie (sea conditions permitting) Black Rock Canal. We'll pass by the Buffalo's 1833 original light house, Buffalo Naval Park, outer harbor break walls (once the world's longest) Erie Basin Marina (original docking area for Erie Canal Boats) Peace Bridge, West Side Rowing Club, LaSalle Park.

The Cruise includes a Cocktail Reception with a pasta station (tortellini, ziti, fettucine, alfredo, pesto, marinara, meatballs, assorted breads, rolls with parmesan cheese), carving station (Round of Beef with Au Jus and Horseradish sauce with mini Kimmelwick and Kaiser Rolls, and salad station (fresh garden greens, assorted dressings, cold pasta salad, fresh vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons, assorted condiments). Cash Bar

6 p.m. - meet in Hyatt Regency Buffalo lobby
6:10 p.m. - Depart for 35-minute walk to dock
(You can also choose to take a taxi or your own vehicle.
Ship is docking at the entrance to the Erie Basin Marina at the foot of Erie St.)
6:45 p.m. - Boarding
7 p.m. - Departure
10 p.m. - Return
