Digital technology
is opening new vistas in publishing, offering fresh opportunities
to discover, develop and expand markets online. With more and
more readers turning to the Internet to find information, publishers
and authors are seeking new ways to capture their interest and
meet their needs. Google Book Search (topping 1 million titles
from over 10,000 publishers and authors) is becoming a standard
part of most publishers' online strategies, and publishers are
now leveraging more existing and soon-to-be-launched Google tools
to maximize exposure of their titles. From full-text browse and
Google Analytics for websites to Blogger, YouTube, and
the Google Knol project, learn how you can leverage the reach,
scale, and targeting of Google to maximize your traditional
and online marketing efforts.
